Software that fits how you work, and keeps fitting.
Three services. You do not have to know which one you need before you call.
- 01 / 03
Applications built for your rules
When your process is too specific for off-the-shelf software, you end up with workarounds, side spreadsheets and work done twice. We build the application that matches how you actually operate, so they go away.
- 02 / 03
Your numbers in one place
Your numbers live in different systems, so answering a simple question takes someone a day of exporting and reconciling. We pull those sources into one place you can trust, so the same question takes minutes.
- 03 / 03
Support for software you depend on
Software you depend on shouldn't quietly rot, whether or not we wrote it. We keep your systems secure and current, and keep improving them as the business changes.
You sign off each phase before the next one starts.
Three phases, each ending in a decision that is yours. Nothing gets built on an assumption nobody has checked.
Discovery
We ask what you are actually trying to solve, and whether software is the right answer. Sometimes it is not, and you are better off hearing that in week one. We talked ourselves out of a rules engine for Eco Wash because the rules were never going to change enough to justify it.
Milestone
Requirements and project scope agreed.
Design & validation
We put wireframes in front of the people who will actually use your software, before any of it exists. What comes back changes the design, and the phase ends when you approve it, not when we think it is ready.
Milestone
Wireframes and functional design approved.
Build & launch
We build against the approved design and connect it to the systems it has to talk to. You see it weekly on a staging environment, so the thing you sign off at the end is the thing you have been watching all along.
Milestone
Application deployed and ready for use.
That is where a project would end. Eco Wash's scheduler then ran three years without needing a new feature.
What are you trying to fix?
Four questions, and you'll get an honest answer about whether it's worth building, and whether you need custom software for it at all.
